This BOBBIE's combo takes its inspo from the recent British wins on the tennis courts and the Olympic Games… work hard and play hard right? Well at least this breakfast combo feels like play but is packed with protein to kick start your day!

2 BOBBIE’S Brownies Halved and cut down into 1inch cubes
4 Bananas sliced
Rolled Oats or your preferred Granola mix
Chocolate flavoured yogurt or your favourite choice of yogurt
Vegan Protein Blend Macca and Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
Chopped Peanut (or almonds if you prefer)
Optional: chocolate nibs and extra cinnamon for dusting
Step 1/ Prep your ingredients: peel and slice your 4 bananas; cut your 2 brownies into 1 inch cubes.
Step 2/ Distribute your rolled oats or granola into 4 bowls.
Step 3/ Distribute and arrange your Brownie cubes into the 4 bowls, we suggest arranging these across one third of the bowl on top of the rolled oats or granola.
Step 4/ Heat up the coconut oil in a frying pan and add the sliced bananas. Cook for 4-5 mins until the banana slices are warm and have a slightly brown glaze. Remove the slices from the heat and distribute across the 4 bowls. We like to arrange these across another third of the bowl on top of the rolled oats or granola.
Step 5/ Add your chocolate yogurt (or preferred choice of yogurt) onto the last and remaining third of the four bowls.
Step 5/ Dust your bowl with a sprinkle of your vegan powder blend and any extra cinnamon you may fancy, then dust over the chopped peanuts and chocolate nibs.
Step 6/ We suggest serving as is (it looks simply gorgeous!), but when it comes to eating, mix the ingredients together for a tasty and energising bowl of goodness.
